Description
MFH Customer Portal will enhance functionalities of MINC and allow MFH borrowers and management agents to access real time project info. submit servicing requests documents and receive status updates from the Agency. The portal will include automated data exchange functionality allowing documents and structured data to flow directly into MFIS MIMS and ECF through system integrations and application to application interfaces. These integrations will reduce manual data entry improve data accuracy and minimize the Agencys reliance on email for receiving customer comms and documentation.
