Multi-cloud Operations Based Intelligence Leveraging /Enhancement (MOBILE)

The contractor shall support study, concept formulation, exploratory research and experimentation, system integration, development and prototyping, test & evaluation (T&E), software training, modeling and simulation (M&S), Quick Reaction Capability (QRC), fielding and operation, sustainment, post deployment and advanced technology demonstration on multi-cloud-based software systems. The multi-cloud approach provides the flexibility to match specific features and capabilities to address on demand workflows. In addition, multi-cloud increases the reliability and redundancy to enable access to information and data at the point of need, and the secure information environment to interconnect soldiers securely and seamlessly. The objective is to provide a fused data-centric environment enabling access to information, data and analytics at the point of need through secure information environments that interconnect soldiers securely, reliably and seamlessly. Emphasis will be placed on leveraging the latest technologies to address mission requirements, interoperability and security in the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Cloud Environment - a multi-cloud, multi-vendor ecosystem that provides cloud services of infrastructure, platform and software services across the Community of Interest (COI). The works to be performed will foster network optimization, cloud adoption and interoperability between various cloud environments, platforms, software modernization and Information Technology (IT) reform to achieve an operationally effective and secure Information Enterprise.
