Description
Our current Motorola WAVE system is fully operational and has served as a form of radio communication in that an application can be downloaded to anybodys FEMA issued cell phone and they are able to communicate utilizing the application on any of the National Response Network channels currently being managed by Frederick MERS. Customers currently utilizing the WAVE system include Senior Leadership in FEMA, Disaster Emergency Communications Division/Mobile Emergency Response personnel, and select individuals. This requirement will complete Phase 2 of the WAVE expansion project.
