MODIFY PIPING SYSTEM, TANK 20, F-900

Scope elements were truncated from a previous contract that work was de-scoped from. Project will perform the following. a]. Modify 18-inch line tie-in tank #20 including installation of piping's to allow defuel into and refuel from the tank. b]. Install (1) 6 and (1) 10 double block and bleed valve. c]. Install 150-lf of 10 diameter stainless steel piping with (2) Class 150 flanges including pipeline supports. d]. Install 100-lf of 6 diameter 304L stainless steel piping with (2) end of the pipeline shall be welded into the existing 18 Tank 21 / Tank 22 hydrant loop defueling line, and the other end of the pipeline shall be welded into the existing 6 Tank 20 issue line; and e]. Pressure test the new piping. Additional scope of work includes the following: 1] Perform tank draining and gas free testing, 2] Repair metal grate stair steps [1st, 14th, 30th, 46th and 56th].
