MODERNIZING LEGACY SYSTEMS

We will prioritize the modernization of our core systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction. First, the Reporting Tool IDashboard will be upgraded in FY26, Q3 to deliver more intuitive dashboards, faster data retrieval, and richer analytics that support data-driven decision making across departments. Second, the Conduct Records System will undergo modernization in FY26, Q3 to streamline case handling, improve traceability, and ensure stronger compliance with regulatory requirements. Third, the Team Movement System will be modernized, with the timeline to be determined (TBD), to optimize personnel coordination, real-time status tracking, and workload balancing. Finally, Shipboard Training will also be targeted for modernization (TBD) to provide more engaging, accessible, and effective instructional content for crew development and safety. Together, these initiatives aim to improve operational transparency, reduce manual processes, and enable faster, more reliable access to critical information.
