Support for the Modeling Capability Transition Environment (MCTE) Application, hereinafter referred to as APPLICATION . The APPLICATION is a secure web-enabled platform hosted in the FedRAMP-approved Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud (US). National Risk Management Center (NRMC) will procure technical services to ensure the successful transition of the APPLICATION to Full Operating Capability (FOC) in a timely manner and provide the required lifecycle support thereafter.
