Military Sensing Symposia (MSS) Conference Planning Services

Contractor shall provide all management, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for conference planning of the Military Sensing Symposia (MSS) Conference Series. Conference support services shall include, but not limited to, project management; coordination and implementation of third party participation; collection and management of third party payment for participation; liaison support with venue, audio/visual and information technology support; registration support; security operations; editorial services; automation and telecommunications support; design and editing productions; mailing and other communication with attendees to include pre/post meeting mailings/travel support and computer database creation. Contractor shall work with Government personnel and existing MSS Specialty Group Committees to efficiently execute the annual MSS Conferences in a manner that optimizes the conference objectives of facilitating classified communication and cooperation within the Military Sensing Community.
