Major M&R, Hamilton Hall Bldg 221, Training Center Yorktown

Repair damage from differential settlement; resolve moisture intrusion issues from exposed brick; replace stair handrails for code compliance; upgrades to the HVAC air handlers; replace the roof. This will upgrade the building envelope to resolve poor occupant satisfaction, high moisture levels, and frequent repairs. This building is a 64k sq ft training building that if not repaired will reduce the USCG training capability and reduce satisfaction amongst staff and students. This training facility servs 950+ USCG students, 100 international students, and 100+ training staff every year.
