Description
Replace existing propane fired furnaces & air handlers with new electric air source heat pump systems for heating & cooling. Replace propane fired boilers used for hydronic heating with electric multi-zone split air source heat pump system. Replace gas fired water heater with air source electric heat pump water heaters. Remove propane gas service lines, ventilation and all related items. Abate asbestos and lead based paint / drywall compound as required to complete the work. Modify existing mechanical spaces as indicated to remove all propane related venting and piping. All accessories, finishes and fittings required to complete the SOW are included within the specification, unless noted as Government Furnished .
