Mail Meters, inserters and maintenance

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Management Directorate, Office of Administration, Mail Management Division has identified a need for folding/inserting equipment, mail machine lease, meter rental, and maintenance service (includes parts, labor, travel, and training). The requirement includes providing enterprise reporting that must have one Cloud based reporting database that collectively reports on all OMAS/Commercial metering devices for physical meters. Enterprise solution must provide United States Postal Service GSA Schedule 48 pricing with IMpb Compliance, for various mail machines postage usage and inserters in various locations throughout the United States through a delivery order to maximize savings and ensure continuous mail operations. The Mail Systems shall meet federal accessibility requirements as contained in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
