Description
Provide Agricultural Research Service (ARS) on-site and in some instances virtual IT support for cohesive 24/7 operations and maintenance (OM) of IT equipment resources working hand in hand with an IT Help Desk staffed during standard business hours. Currently USDA does not have staff on-site with the required skill set to support unique scientific laboratory equipment thats designed specifically for research and development needs. Without qualified resources with the needed skill set this can cause significant delays when assisting customers with technical issues.
