Description
The FHWA s Office of Infrastructure Research and Development is seeking engineering support services for the Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) Program to ensure proper field data collection, validation of pavement performance data, materials testing and characterization, data analysis and related engineering activities. Services include developing and implementing QC/QA and data validation procedures, supporting pavement monitoring activities, and address special research needs. These tasks are critical to supporting national pavement research at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center.
