Software Licenses Renewal. Due to delays in Mission Owner decommissions (dates being pushed to the right resulting in additional revenue), DC2HS is driving to a profit position in FY24. To mitigate this forecasted profit, we are shifting material expenses for End of Life (EOL) system hardware that would have costed in early FY25, to late FY24. Procuring these items now will help decrease overall risk for our service center and our Mission Owners by allowing us to get maintenance, support, hardware and software in place with enough time to implement and accredit (as needed) the solutions for use by our Mission Owners at the start of FY25. Also, by procuring these material expenses in late FY24, we are not only decreasing our profit position but also lowering our anticipated rate increases for FY25 (next fiscal year).
