Lifecycle upgrade of the video surveillance system (VSS) at the Federal Building, 201 Varick Street, New York, NY

DHS FPS Region 2, has a requirement for the Lifecycle Upgrade of the Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Federal Building, 201 Varick Street, New York, NY. The new VSS will include a standalone Network Video Recorder (NVR), a Video Management System software with thirty-eight IP camera licenses are thirty-eight (38)existing cameras that need to be replaced with seven (7) dual-sensor 2-megapixel (MP) IP cameras, ten (10) multi-sensor 4x5MP IP cameras, six (6) Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) and 360 multi-sensor 4x5MP combination cameras, one (1) 6MP Fish-eye lens camera, six (6) PTZ cameras, and eight (8) fixed 5MP IP cameras. Additionally, the following three (3) video workstations with VMS will be included: Two (2) client workstations with four (4) wall-mounted 42 (minimum) LCD UHD 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio monitors (2 monitors per workstation) and four (4) 24 monitors (2 monitors per workstation) mounted on to a dual-monitor desk mount per workstation to be located in the Security VSS Monitoring Room. Exact location of the workstation shall be coordinated with the onsite FPS POC. One (1) client workstation with one (1) wall mounted 42 (minimum) LCD UHD 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio monitor and three (3) 24 monitor on a desk stand to be located in the FPS Office. Exact location of workstation and monitor shall be coordinated with the onsite FPS POC.
