Licenses and Engineering/Development

The contractor shall provide comprehensive engineering and development support for the 4DV Insight tool, enabling correlation, automation, and integration of new features to accelerate CBP s ability to address evolving operational needs. This includes developing functions for reporting and data outputs (such as alerts, reports, and machine learning-based detections) that minimize the need for detailed analytic work, integrating additional CBP internal data sources through a query expansion infrastructure aligned with an ontological framework, and producing reporting based on these integrations. All potential data source integrations must be reviewed, evaluated, and cost-categorized with agreement between the Strategic Collaboration Group (SCG) and the prime contractor prior to acquisition. Additionally, the contractor shall implement mutually agreed-upon functional improvements and capability accelerations, such as enhanced data integration and analysis, advanced display and collaboration features, geofence and project enhancements, workflow and mapping improvements, robust group management, and further integration with external data sources.
