Description
L2 level 2 chargers (208-240V AC power) L3 level 3 chargers (DC Fast Charger, typically 400/480V) Executive Order (EO) 14057, Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs through Federal Sustainability, requires agencies to reach 100% zero-emission vehicle acquisition by 2035, including 100% light-duty acquisitions by 2027, and have climate resilient infrastructure and operations among other sustainability goals. Jacobs/CH2M Hill/Clark Nexsen JV are completing Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Site Assessments at 30 Navy and Marine Corps installations as part of Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Contract N39430-17-D1950, Task Order XZ15 for Zero-emission Vehicle (ZEV) Site Assessments and Infrastructure Initiatives. These assessments will support Navy and Marine Corps efforts to electrify their non-tactical vehicle (NTV) fleets as required by EO 14057. A ZEV Site Assessment was conducted at Naval Station Norfolk in February 2023. In support of Jacobs/CH2M Hill/Clark Nexsen JV, the ZEV Conversion Demand Report and EVSE and ZEV Planning Dashboard are intended to assist in planning for near-, mid-, and long-term actions related to ZEV and EVSE planning and deployment. The EVSE and ZEV Planning Dashboard allows installation stakeholders to forecast and plan for ZEV and EVSE expansion, including anticipated ZEV delivery timelines and site development given multiple scenarios and acquisition trajectories.
