Description
The DHS seeks to establish a new strategic sourcing department-wide contract vehicle for Less Lethal Pressurized Air Launchers (LLPAL), LLPAL accessories, and both inert and capsaicin-filled projectiles. LLPALs are less-lethal impact/chemical irritant delivery systems that are powered by compressed air. These devices may be used to address use of force situations that require less lethal force such as through area saturation against a subject demonstrating active resistance and kinetic impact delivery system on a subject demonstrating assaultive resistance.
