LA PLAZA REHABILITATION B49

Project Title and Objective: 1. Renovate existing areas within La Plaza (Building #49) to modernize the space and improve customer experience. The facility will be used as an all hands club, to include a slot room, bar area, dining room, sales counter for food sales and back entertainment/party room. Detailed Project Description: 1. Utilizing existing restroom space, but completely overhaul both men's and women's restrooms to include new: a. Fixtures (toilets, sinks, faucets) b. Stall dividers and doors. c. Tile flooring d. Built in paper product dispensers (toilet paper, paper towel) and wall-mounted trash cans e. Hand dryers (two per restroom) f. Add a baby changing station to both men's and women's g. Inspect and flush/clear current piping to eliminate constant sewage smell coming from restrooms 2. Utilizing existing bar space to: a. Remove carpet and replace with hard flooring surface (tile or wood laminate) b. Remove large counter top keg reefer c. Either Rebuild front bar (due to hold from keg reefer) or install government provided bar. Contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of old bar d. Improve lighting, creating better ambiance and consistent illumination throughout. 3. Utilizing existing slot room space to: a. Remove and replace carpet in Bar area and slot room area as one continuous b. Upgrade power and install new GFCI electrical outlets for specified current/projected machine requirements c. Remove wood paneling and paint walls 4. Utilizing existing back room space to: a. Replace flooring. Tile or wood laminate preferred. b. Repair holes and damage to walls then Prime and paint walls c.
