KITCHEN HOODS, FLOOR AND GREASE TRAPS CLEANING FOR BUILDINGS 798 AND 711 FOR FY25

Scope of Work: 1. Full pump out the grease (approx. 3 ton) in the grease trap (1.6W x 1.6L x 2H) and clean inside of grease trap with water jet (wall, bottom) - TWO Times. 2. Clean kitchen hoods, ventilation ducts and exhaust fans of B798 and B711 - TWO Times. 3. Clean kitchen floors, walls and work spaces of B798 and B711 - TWO Times. a. Shut down gas and electric and pull out all equipment (fridge, freezer, grill, griddle, fryer, etc.) b. Clean all wall and work surface and sanitize c. Machine deep scrub and degrease all floor surface d. Ensure all wall, floor, and work surface is dry and no chemicals or residues left behind e. Put all equipment back to original location
