The Office of Academic Exchange Programs needs contractor support staff to act as ECA/A/E lead for development and editing of outreach and recruitment materials, including responsibilities for the creation, editing, management, and/or updating of website content for its ECA flagship site (eca.state.gov/fulbright), the Fulbright Program portal site (fulbrightprogram.org), and other Fulbright partner sites and social media platforms, as necessary. In addition to serving as the ECA/A/E/MR webmaster, contract support staff will also be asked to take on many other public affairs-related and editorial tasks, in particular drafting and editing outreach and recruitment materials, including taskers and talking points, and responding to phone calls and emails from the public
