DBB requirement to construct new facility to house a secure office necessary for the operation of 243 military, civilian, and contractor personnel, to include parking and infrastructure (heating/cooling, power water, sanitation, communications). Facility requires Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility and Special Access Program accreditation, with necessary physical and electronic security measures. Building will have reinforced foundations, floors, 2-story steel structure, reinforced stucco-finished concrete block walls, and steel roof structure with insulated standing seam metal roofing to match appearance and character of existing area facilities.
