JFK HHS

The project will involve consolidating existing space in the building from about 90,700 USF to approximately 46,000 USF. This will include releasing all space on the 18th and 20th floors as well as some space on the 21st and 24th floors. HHS will retain the 22nd floor, the 23rd floor, half of the 24th floor and a portion of the 21st floor. It is anticipated that some demolition and reconfiguration of space will be required on the floors that will be retained. Work should also include new finishes throughout. Work will also require new systems furniture for approximately 180 staff.
