Integrated Program Management Support Services (IPMSS) - Acquisition Program Management

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires the vendor to support various offices with Acquisition Program Management (APM) including Checked Baggage Technology Division (CBTD), Program Execution Office (PEO) and Field Information System (FIS). The support shall include support in the general areas of financial management, program documentation, project management, and scheduling. The Contractor shall provide additional support through implementation of comprehensive management activities, process improvement initiatives, and development of tools that streamline operations. The Contractor shall support the Portfolio Managers and division-wide program operations in managing cross- functional and emerging challenges through facilitation, communication support, and strategic planning to advance a unified FIS vision and ensure Branch alignment to APM, TSA, and DHS goals.
