DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Demo the old Reznor heating system and install a new efficient heating system: Recommend replacement with a gas fired heat pump. It operates as a heat pump first and uses natural gas as an emergency booster. If not that, a regular cooling A/C unit with a gas-fired furnace package unit "gas pack" would be ideal for the serviced area. Upgrades to the vents may be necessary, walking the space will determine if the vents are adequate for the ducting of cooling/heating. 6. ROUGH COST ESTIMATE: 7.
