Infrastructure Implementation and Contract Administration Support (IICAS)

The DHS Information Technology Operations (ITOps ) and Enterprise Engineering Department (EED) provides and manages the department s infrastructure and service delivery to OCIO customers. This effort is for Advisory Services to assist with the implementation of older contracts to the EIS vehicle. The effort will focus on the coordination and administration support across multiple contract vehicles for ITOps and EED. Additionally, inventory documentation, ordering, billing, service implementation tracking, and contract management support is required. Subsequently, deliverables associated with the focus areas previously mentioned will directly assist the agency in establishing successful approaches in optimizing delivery of service and modernizing infrastructure. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Headquarters (HQ) is developing the processes and procedures to coordinate and oversee several DHS contracts implemented to deliver enterprise services, infrastructure, and enterprise modernization. The evolution of the DHS information technology infrastructure and enterprise services require coordination and administrative support for continuing incorporation of opportunities to improve and modernize. It is expected that continuing infrastructure improvements will require analysis, change management, new acquisitions, coordinated implementation oversight, measured improvement results, and documented progress. Anticipated efforts will directly support mission critical services while defining actionable department-wide and agency-specific solution delivery opportunities.
