Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Portfolio Support

Provide Integrated Operations Division (IOD) with resources to work with stakeholders across IOD to understand, document, and validate their business and mission requirements. IOD requires IT requirements management and project management support services to support the execution of IT activities across IOD. These services will provide support to analyze and establish IOD requirements management governance, and IT project management process and procedures leveraging industry standards and best practice methods to ensure adherence to agency directives and achieve agency objectives. IOD seeks services to orchestrate governance, and performance activities across IOD and in collaboration with other CISA Divisions and Mission Enabling Offices. Activities related to performance management include performance management development, quarterly performance reporting, performance coordination within IOD and across CISA. Work will be performed at the contractor s site.
