The contractor shall provide the CISA Emergency Communications Division (ECD) with services to revise, design and to deliver new standardized training for critical emergency communications positions for the Incident Tactical Dispatcher (INTD) and Incident Communications Manager (INCM). These courses are part of the Incident Command System (ICS) Position Specific curriculum. This effort will produce validated, field-relevant, and accessible courses aligned with the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and National Qualification System (NQS) Position Task Books (PTBs).
