Description
The United States Secret Service, Office of Human Resources, Research and Assessment Division has a requirement for the staff assistance of three Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychologists (one at the senior-level position and two at the mid-level position) to assist with the daily operations of the HR Research and Assessment Division (HRR). This includes the effective management of talent within the Secret Service through the development, validation, and implementation of comprehensive HR assessment tools that meet the specific and general examining needs of the Secret Service. The contractor shall have comprehensive knowledge of principles, applications, methodologies, theories and standards of personnel research and human resources management, to include knowledge of test theory, psychometric methodology, statistics and research methods to assist in developing Human Resources (HR) assessment tools and related instruments for application to specific and general examining needs.
