Illumina NexSeq 2000 - short read DNARNA sequencing system

The purchase of an Illumina NextSeq 2000 short read DNA/RNA sequencing system combined with the Opentrons Flex DNA/RNA Liquid Handler would lay the groundwork to establish a high-throughput DNA/RNA sequencing core lab. This equipment will be central to a new cross-location unified genotyping pipeline in support of the USDA-ARS Sugar Beet Commodity Roadmap.
