IHDES NWC B991 Hewitt Hall Library Archives Office Modifications

B_991 NWC Build out seven office spaces for NWC Library staff in Bldg 991 Rm H-123 per attached drawings. Modify MEP systems as required to support new enclosed office spaces within a larger open bay space. Install data outlets to support computers, phones and multi-function devices. Demountable partitions between offices need to be insulated for sound abatement. Walls containing doors will be glass with a frosted band to allow light from windows to continue into the inner portion of the larger open bay. Build a fenced in enclosure in Bldg 991 Rm H-L216 t to secure an area for NWC Archive material storage. The will extend from floor to ceiling and doors will open outward from the enclosed area. Build an office space in Bldg 991 Rm H-L148 to be utilized as an Archives Reading Room. Walls should be acoustically rated demountable partitions and with only one door located near Rm H-L155.
