Description
HSI Forensic Laboratory requires contractor support with expertise in forensic, intelligence, and investigative support services. The contractor shall provide Operations and Maintenace (O&M) support. IDEAL 2.0 is a fully operating electronic library catalog system that store high resolution imagery and data of all physical documents housed in the laboratory.
The Contractor shall provide qualified and experienced personnel to perform O&M for the continued operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the systems, subsystems, and services of the IDEAL 2.0 supporting architecture. The Contractor shall deliver innovative, yet proven technology solutions developed and tested using an Agile driven approach capable of further enabling HSI s mission via IDEAL 2.0.
