USCIS now anticipates the RFP will be issued 09/24/2021 with an anticipated award by 7/28/2022. The UPDATE AS OF 10/28/2020: A RFI has been issued for this requirement to all CIO-SP3 SB and VETS2 vendors for further the market research. The RFI responses are due back to the POC listed in the released RFI by 11/12/2020 at 1:00pm EDT. USCIS is seeking a contractor to provide ICAM information technology, systems engineering, and other professional services for the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of incremental functional releases of the USCIS ICAM environment in accordance with the government-approved design and schedule. USCIS is still conducting market research and may release a RFI to further define the acquisition strategy for this requirement.
