USCIS is seeking a contractor to provide ICAM information technology, systems engineering, and other professional services for the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of incremental functional releases of the USCIS ICAM environment in accordance with the government-approved design and schedule.
USCIS is still conducting market research and may release a RFI to further define the acquisition strategy for this requirement.
