The Office of Human Resources (HUM) is solely responsible for providing the full spectrum of human resources functions for the United States Secret Service (USSS) which includes but not limited to, staffing, classification, employee relations, workforce planning, policy, payroll and benefits administration. HUM is soliciting contracting services for Human Resources practitioners that have extensive experience supporting the federal government. The Human Resources practitioners shall support multiple professional and technical areas for various offices within the United States Secret Service.
