HSI Innovation Lab Field Support Representative Training, System Support

The purpose of this requirement is to obtain contractor support with the knowledge, skills and abilities for the initial and ongoing training and support of law enforcement and support personnel on the use of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI s) analytical and operations tools. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, training, expertise, customer support, transportation, system modification, engineering services, and materials, except for Government Furnished Equipment/Government Furnished Material/Government Furnished information, to perform these requirements. Please note that we are still conducting market research and the acquisition strategy has not yet been developed or approved. As such, the any aspect of the acquisition strategy, such as the small business program, contract vehicle, etc., are subject to change.
