HQ Springfield Conference Center Support Desk

Real Estate Management Division (REMD) requires comprehensive conference center management services to assist in event scheduling, coordination of event activities at the Headquarters (HQ) Springfield facility. Conference Center management will play an integral role in organizing important events from conception through completion and providing administration support. The contractor center support team will provide support to the HQ conference center during operating hours of (7:00am to 5:00pm EST), Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays. The conference center is approximately 30,000 square feet and support meetings for all components of the US Department of Homeland Security, The conference center includes larger scale and multipurpose meetings spaces, huddle rooms and joint use pre function areas. In the current year FY25 to date, TSA HQ has had over 4,400 conference center room reservations. Large events include 9/11 ceremony, TSA Olympics, Summits, etc. HQ Springfield has over 5,000 employees assigned to this facility.
