Homeland Security Enterprise Network (HSEN) and LAN-A Tier 3 network engineering services

The contractor shall be responsible for providing support for the following Homeland Security Enterprise Network (HSEN) and LAN-A Tier 3 network engineering services to include the following: Maintaining, securing and enhancing network capabilities, including network modernization and the integration of emerging technologies. Providing technical support for the design, construction and upgrade of the HSEN and LAN-A network infrastructure. Ensuring that the network security architecture adheres to DHS security standards and complies with federal and DHS architectural guidelines. Providing network performance engineering and network management support, including network monitoring using tools and technologies supplied by Information Technology Operations (ITOPS) and the Enterprise Engineering Division (EED).
