HITU Enterprise Health IT Staffing and Professional Services Support

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), ICE Health Services Corps (IHSC) seeks to procure professional staffing services to support the Health Information and Technology Unit (HITU). The contractor will provide qualified personnel to assist with the decommissioning of the current electronic health record (EHR) system and the development, deployment, and management of a modernized EHR for IHSC and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities nationwide. Services include, but are not limited to, business and operational support, data analytics, project management, technical writing, software engineering, information security, training, and solutions development. The contract covers both baseline staffing and optional surge support to address fluctuating workloads and emergent priorities. All personnel must meet the education, experience, and certification requirements specified in the PWS and its appendices. Key positions include Program Manager, Health IT Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, Data Strategist, Management Analyst, Technical Writer, Reporting Analyst, Business Analyst, Clinical Informaticist, Information Systems Security Officer, Technical Engineer, Training Specialist, Project Manager, Solutions Developer, and Systems Integrator. The contractor will ensure continuity of support, compliance with government standards, and provide key personnel as designated by the government.
