HI2610M RENOVATE BUILDING 1 BASEMENT FOR MARFORPAC G4, CS

The MARFORPAC G-4 requires additional space for an increased T/O by 20 personnel and a secure space for the support functions. The basement has been designated as a site for the personnel growth. This increased manning supports Force Design priorities as MARFORPAC expands its footprint in the Indo-Pacific. Design-bid-build project renovates 3,360 square-feet area in the basement of Bldg 1 for the MARFORPAC G-4. Restoration and modernization will include: flooring, ceiling, gypsum board, painting, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, communications (NIPR/SIPR), and hazardous material abatement. This project will include the infrastructure (conduit, junction boxes, and power connections) for access control and systems furniture workstations.
