Headquarters, Department of the Army; Office of the Chief of Staff of the Army’s (OCSA) Conference Support

Background: Headquarters, Department of the Army hosts conferences for a variety of purposes. This mission requirement entails the contractor providing the necessary conference planning, coordination and support required to conduct successful conference events. The Office of the Chief of Staff of the Army's (OCSA) Contracting Officer Representative (COR) who oversees this mission requirement receives specific conference requirements, agendas, and attendee rosters from the designated Army conference sponsor. The designated Army conference sponsor provides general guidance and conference requirements for conference execution to the COR who coordinates the information with the contractor. Conferences will occur within CONUS (continental United States) primarily in the National Capitol Region. The number of conferences per year may vary. The government anticipates at least five conferences per year. Mission requirement: Contractor shall provide the qualified personnel and all resources necessary to plan, coordinate and execute OCSA directed conferences. Contractor shall furnish all required equipment, materials and services except for those items specified as Government furnished. Contractor provided resources shall include, but are not limited to, conference planning software, laptops, audio/visual equipment, and transportation and registration support. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with these resources except where reimbursement is specifically outlined in the contract award.
