USCIS has a requirement to purchase Gartner Licenses in Support of Identity and Information Management Division (IIMD). The Immigration Records and Identity Services (IRIS) Directorate, Identity and Information Management Division (IIMD) is tasked with managing the organization's identity systems and information architecture. To achieve our strategic goals, we must implement effective Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Information Architecture (EIA) practices. Access to high-quality research, insights, and tools is critical for informed decision-making and successful implementation. IIMD requires support services and tools to aid in the implementation of SPM and EIA. The objectives of SPM include aligning IT and business projects with objectives, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring effective project governance. The objectives of EIA are to develop a robust information architecture, ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility, and align data strategy with business goals.
