Description
This project replaces the Sand Pond Interpretive Boardwalk which has fallen into severe disrepair and had to be removed for safety and protects a wet meadow which is part of the North Yuba Watershed. This project provides restoration of the aquatic system due to the failed old boardwalk that is currently neither useable for the public nor provide adequate separation for the aquatic resources of the wetland.
