Install new raw and finish HDPE waterlines with a new freezeproof submersible water pump to allow for year-round water service. Upgrade the system controls valves and other outdated parts in the Water Treatment Plant. Replace the above ground water tower with a new underground water storage tank to allow for year-round operations. Create a looped water system to provide for a more reliable and safe drinking water system.
