Description
USCG C5ISC has a requirement for Microsoft Unified Support. This requirement will provide USCG with account management, advisory support, and incident response support for current Microsoft technologies, As-A-Service platforms, and system integration/implementation as the USCG continues to move into cloud environments. Microsoft Unified Support provides 24/7 technical support to resolve problems and incidents with varying levels of severity to ensure USCG resources are able to be maintained and operational to support USCG missions. Microsoft Unified Support can include enhanced services such as US Citizen Support and Proactive Credits to support a variety of services (Azure IaaS, Azure PaaS, Power Platform, Platforms, Cybersecurity, etc.) for specific projects/tasks in their respective areas.
