FTU Airfield Requirements, Holloman, AFB, NM DBB requirement for extensions to Taxiway J and Taxiway L. Extend Taxiway J eastward approx. 5300 LF to intersect with Taxiway B and westward running parallel with Runway 07/25 approx. 7100 LF to intersect and cross Taxiway L extending to Taxiway R. Extend Taxiway L northwest approx. 1600 LF to intersect with Runway 04/22. Construction will consist of airfield rated concrete to include asphalt shoulders and all required lighting, signage and striping and all necessary supporting work for a complete and usable facility. Create a safety buffer along the westward Taxiway J extension by realigning Kelly Road comprising approx. 13000 SM of paved road construction. Demolish Buildings 809, 904, 909 and 918.
