FSS REPAIR SOUTH TANK FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM, F-202705

This project will design and provide a complete Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) Fire Protection System for Tank 20, 21 and 22 located at Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) South Tank Farm Air Ops Site. The work includes redesign and installation of fire pumps, electrical connections, controllers, fire alarm systems, foam concentrate bladder tank, foam ratio controllers, pipelines, foam chambers, valves, fittings, supports and related appurtenances. Remove and provide Fire Hydrants no's. 179, 180,181,182 and 183 including underground water supply pipelines, valves, collars, steel bollards supports and accessories. Design and modification of F-905 Fire pump room to accomodate new piping lay-out, and to conform to UFC 3-600-01 and NFPA 20. Removal and provision of new roof mounted exhaust fan for F-905. Provide addtional lightings and fire protection sprinklers for F-905.Remove and provide Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), including reporting system at F-904. Provide power supply and controllers to new equipment. Remove and provide underground and exterior piping, valves, fittings and accessories for non-potable concrete water tank F-903. Provide cathodic protection to new underground piping. Remove and provide access stair and hatch for tanks 20, 21 and 22. Drain fuel, cleaning and gas freeing of tank one at a time. Perform complete testing and commissioning. Off-island disposal of non-burnable construction waste materials.
