FM SDC CHU Replace Exterior Window

2.1 This is a FY23 Deferred Maintenance Request (DMR) replace all new windows to the following office buildings. Buildings 01,06,07,18,23 & 24. These windows out lived their lives and no longer can handle the weather elements and not energy efficient to conserve energy. Contractor shall install double pane windows with slight tint. In addition, replace doors to following office buildings # 01,06,07,18, & 24. Metal & Glass doors, & metal frames have outlived their use. All hardware is to be replaced with commercial rated. This includes, installing weatherproof seals, kick plates, threshold plates, doors closers and cypher locks. The details of the scope are included below in Section Tasks 3.
