FM RGV FTB Flooring & Parking Lot Repairs

4.1. Task 1: Replace Vinyl Floor Tiles throughout the main building 4.1.1. Remove Approx. 15,522 SF of interior vinyl flooring tile, reference attachment below for room locations and replace with new tile. 4.1.2. The contractor will be responsible for verifying measurements in the field, selecting: vinyl tile, cove base and expansion joint covers and base corner guards for approval by The COR. 4.1.3. (11) Eleven Expansion joint covers Approx (5 ) long, will be required in hallways, expansion joints to be cleaned and covers placed in such a manner that the new tile butts up to them evenly, not to create a tripping hazard. 4.1.4. Remove Approx. 3,285 LF of base cove. 4.1.5. Contractor responsible for schedule and coordination with the COR for employee displacement during this task. 4.2 Task 2: Repair parking lot potholes and seal parking lot. 4.2.1 Contractor shall saw cut damaged area and compact before repairing area. 4.2.2 Contractors shall repaint the parking lot spots.
