Flexible Agile Scalable Teams (FAST) - Security Operations Portfolio

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) protects the Nation s transportation system to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. To support this mission, the TSA Office of Information Technology (IT) ensures the security, integrity, and productivity of TSA and its employees through IT capabilities. In order to successfully execute this mission, TSA must have the capability to customize mission support systems, develop custom software solutions when no solution is commercially available or from Government sources. TSA plans to leverage more commercial, out-of-the-box (OOTB)/Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Software-as-a-Service/Platform-as-a-Service (SaaS/PaaS) solutions that enable mission capabilities at a lower cost. The primary objective of this procurement is the design and development of new applications, upgrade of legacy applications to modern technology stacks, continuous enhancement and refinement of internal and external facing applications, as well as application production support. Additionally, the contractor shall ensure compliance with applicable TSA and DHS Enterprise Architecture (EA) and security standards.
