Flexible Agile Scalable Teams (FAST) - Enterprise Support Portfolio (Small Business)

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) protects the Nation's transportation system to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. To support this mission, the TSA Office of Information Technology (IT) ensures the security, integrity, and productivity of TSA and its employees through IT capabilities. In order to successfully execute this mission, TSA must have the capability to customize mission support systems, develop custom software solutions when no solution is commercially available or from Government sources. TSA plans to leverage more commercial, out-of-the-box (OOTB) / Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Software-as-a-Service/Platform-as-a-Service (SaaS/PaaS) solutions that enable mission capabilities at a lower cost. The primary objective of this procurement is design and development of new applications, upgrade of legacy applications to modern technology stacks, continuous enhancement and refinement of internal and external facing applications, and application production support. The contractor shall ensure compliance with applicable TSA and DHS Enterprise Architecture (EA) and security standards. Basic requirements for this Enterprise Support Portfolio Task Order are: 1. Program Management Services: Provide program management and oversight which includes the support of a Technology Lead and Cloud Architect 2. Technical and Solution Design Services: Provide senior technical expertise to mentor the agile development teams on skills required to deliver mission value. 3. Development Services: Design, develop, and enhance applications as requirements emerge/evolve. 4. Support Services for Applications in Production: Provide application production support services to triage and resolve technical issues for TSA software application and enterprise middleware.
