Fleet Logistics Systems Support (FLSS)

The integration of Fleet Logistics System (FLS) as the primary maintenance management tool for the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Force Logistic Center (SFLC) Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) requires the integration and management of over 1,100 small boat assets Maintenance Due List (MDL) into FLS. This will also require the constant management of the configuration of every asset. The integration will require the regular updating of configuration for various integrated small boat asset, updating Maintenance Standards, generating Maintenance Items, deactivating Maintenance Items for maintenance that is superseded, and assistance to Coast Guard personnel to resolve various discrepancies. The management of ELEX and HME serial tracked items through the asset configuration will require regular and timely updates. Contract will also provide assistance in developing SBPL ELEX Maintenance Due List (MDL) to FLS Maintenance Items, quality assurance on SBPL configuration, migration to SINS II upgrade, maintaining MPC updates and new MPCs, and completion of Non-Casualty Work Request for HME equipment for numerous assets. 2.
